The unit was commissioned in 2014 and has since logged just under 24,000 operating hours with only about 180 starts.

This 14 MWe unit from Western Europe enables efficient operation across a wide range of loads and speeds. The open-cycle gas turbine unit is characterised by a comparatively very high efficiency of 35% (nominal) combined with a compact design. According to Siemens, to date, more than 450 units have been sold, collectively achieving over 11.7 million hours of operation, which demonstrates a class-leading reliability rate of 99% of the SGT-400 gen sets.

A purchase would include the air and exhaust filters as well as the control unit. The Siemens SGT-400 turbine engine is housed in a container, making it easy to dismantle the entire plant for relocation. The plant is well-maintained, very clean and in excellent condition.
